Longest taxi fare - On 19 Aug 1988 a taxi with passengers set of from Buckingham Palace, London, United Kingdom, to start the longest journey. After travelling through 14 countries and covering a distance of 13,670 miles, they arrived at Sydney Opera House in Australia on 27 October having raised £250,000 along the way for charities.
